We crossed the Equator yesterday and today at 11:30 King Neptune boarded the ship to initiate all Pollywogs (those who haven't crossed the Equator by sea) and turn them into Shellbacks (those who have and have "kissed the fish."  It's always a lot of fun and different every time.
